A real estate sales script is a planned outline of what to say at each stage, from the first call and WhatsApp reply to the site visit invitation, objections and follow-up, so every salesperson gives buyers clear, consistent answers. A good script isn't read word for word. It's a structure: open, ask, listen, match, invite. The goal of the first call is almost never to sell the home. It's to understand the buyer and book a site visit.
Below are real estate sales pitch examples and scripts for calling a new lead, the first WhatsApp reply, inviting a site visit, handling the most common objections, following up, and calling cold numbers. Each comes in English with a Hinglish version where it helps.
How to write a real estate sales script
- Start from the buyer's questions, not the brochure. List what buyers ask most: price, possession, loan, location, size, builder record.
- Write one clear answer to each, using only facts you can prove (the approved plans, the RERA filing, the price sheet).
- Plan the questions you'll ask: configuration, budget, timeline, purpose (living or investment), who else decides.
- End every conversation with a next step: a site visit time, a document to send, a callback date.
- Practise it out loud with a colleague playing the buyer, and update the script whenever a new objection keeps coming up.
